A home for all weathers

We were delighted to stay in this beautiful and comfortable gite, perfect for all weathers which we encountered. Things we loved included the warm welcome, safe parking, spacious garden, well-equipped ...kitchen, comfortable bed, proximity to town,the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle in the garden, the high ceilings solid walls and tall windows which meant that it was perfect for any weather. Maison avec un joli jardin à 5 min à pied du vieux bassins Au calme. Petit bémols sur la cuisine ou l’espace n’est pas adapté si on aime cuisiner . Un rideau de douche serait utile pour éviter d’inonder ...la salle de bain et des coussins sur les transats seraient appréciables Read more

Excellent séjour au Jardin de la Rue Bourdet

Pour la seconde année consécutive nous avons loué le gîte "Jardin de la Rue Bourdet" de Mélanie. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied des magasins et des bars/restaurants, ce gïte offre à notre avis ...un parfait pied à terre pour visiter et profiter de Honfleur (pour nous c'est toujours pendant la période de Noël avec l'ambiance festive qui règne dans Honfleur). Le parking privé et fermé est un gros plus qui permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour si on le désire.Une bonne adresse avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Read more

Très propre et agréable, quartier très calme à 2 minutes du port à pied. Place de stationnement sur place, petit jardin bien entretenu clos et privé. Super semaine passée à Honfleur.

A lovely gite

A lovely gite - very close to the centre of Honfleur. The garden was simple but delightful, the gite very clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped and the local boucherie and boulangerie ...were fabulous so we cooked quite a bit. So much to see in this charming part of France. Nice comfy bed too. The gite is all on one level so was very good for my husband who has mobility problems. The parking place was great - private and secure. Melanie gave us a lovely welcome and some great suggestions for visits on the trip home when we left. Read more

Beaucoup de points positifs pour ce beau gite . Gite très bien placé, très proche du centre ,très propre ,très beau jardin ensoleillé, au calme et surtout place de parking privé pour la voiture ( très ...rare à Honfleur , si près du centre) Seul petit point négatif, chambre côté rue ,un peu bruyant le matin ... Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Mélanie qui est venue nous accueillir à notre arrivée. C'est un hébergement confortable, au calme, avec un parking privé à deux pas des commerces, ...des bars et restaurants et du port de Honfleur.
