Perfectly equipped for your stays with children and teenagers, the gîte Chez Marine is the suitable holiday spot for 2 families. Swing, ping-pong table, basketball backboard, billiards, table football, Wii game console, 4 bikes available: there's plenty to have fun in both winter and summer ! The bright living room opens onto a quiet terrace with a view on the fields. The 4-seater spa available all year round and the swimming pool from May to September contribute to your well-being. Villers-Bocage is to 5 minutes driving. The beaches and D-Day landing site are 45 minutes away (Omaha Beach, Arromanches), Bayeux, Caen and Suisse-Normande are 30 minutes away. And for a day of leisure and sports sensations, go to the Viaduc de Souleuvre, 20 minutes away: bungee jumping, giant zip line, rail sledding, tree climbing, barefoot garden, etc.
Detached house located 100 meters from the owners' house. All on one level, the cottage includes a living room with a fitted kitchen, a lounge area with a pellet stove and dining area, a laundry room, a double bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom (1 double bed), a fourth bedroom (2 sets of bunk beds), a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. The enclosed 750m² garden features a wooden terrace with a picnic table, sun loungers, awnings, and a built-in barbecue. A private above-ground swimming pool (5.50m x 2.50m, 1.30m deep) is available and heated from May 1st to September 30th. A four-person spa is available year-round. Swing set, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, pool table, foosball table, Wii game console, 4 bicycles available... Pellet stove bag available for an extra charge (€12 per bag). Parties and exceeding the maximum occupancy are prohibited. No electric vehicle charging. Petanque court, boules available, Swedish skittles, shuffleboard. No noise after 10 pm.
