Si vous êtes amoureux de la nature, de la campagne, des belles bâtisses normandes,du calme.... ne cherchez plus!!! C'est ICI qu'il faut poser vos valises Le gîte est très bien entretenu, fonctionnel, ...cosy, propre, confortable après de longues journées de visites. Really superb gite, renovated by the owner to a very high standard in every respect. Plus a few extras - 2 USB charging sockets in each of the very spacious bedrooms, a stunning TV the like of which we ...have never seen and several ammonite fossils in the stone walls. I counted 4 but I’m sure there are more less obvious ones. One downside is the fact there is no garden or place to barbecue. We visited in autumn so this wasn’t an issue but in summer it might be different. Oh yes, and very convenient for Bayeux. Read more

A 5* Gite

This Gite is one of the best that we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many!). It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly want. It is set in a beautiful, rural location but ...with very easy access to both the D-Day landing beaches and the towns Bayeux, Caen and Honfleur to name just a few. Gites très bien situé pour visiter Bayeux, plages du débarquement, Caen,... Très beau gite, confortable. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter du grand jardin, dommage..

This gite was done to a very high standard. There was everything we needed and was perfectly laid out. Situated in the quiet French countryside, the views from the window were beautiful. nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité du gîte ( espace, équipements) d'un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel Bien qu'arrivés en avance sur l'horaire prévu, le propriétaire nous a accueilli ...aimablement. Tout était très propre, les lits faits, le linge de toilette, les torchons fournis, le sac de l'aspirateur propre ( ce qui est rarement le cas...) l'environnement est idéal pour un séjour au calme et très proche de Bayeux et des plages du débarquement. This Gite is ideally situated just outside Bayeux for exploring the local area or visiting the D-Day beaches and memorials. There was nothing we could fault with the Gite. It has been converted to a very ...high standard, and is in the style you would expect. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, which is reassuring when taking the chance to book online. The owner is very friendly and is always willing to help to make sure your stay is very comfortable. His cider and apple juice is delicious.
