A large, typical half-timbered cottage in the Pays d'Auge region, in a quiet location and 10 minutes from Livarot
For nature lovers, this large cottage offers a beautiful view of the valley and a very peaceful setting. You'll be delighted by its spacious interior and preserved authenticity: stone fireplace, half-timbering, and exposed beams. Numerous hiking trails are accessible from the property. It's also close to Livarot (home to a cheese factory) and the manor houses of the Pays d'Auge region.
The cottage is self-contained within the property. On the ground floor: a kitchen, a living/dining room with a fireplace, a lounge area, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms (two single beds, one double bed). Garden with garden furniture. No internet access, but good mobile phone coverage.
