The cottage is located 15 minutes from Omaha Beach, 20 minutes from Bayeux, Port-en-Bessin, and Pointe du Hoc. And for all amenities, shops, and restaurants, the village of Trévières is just 5 minutes away.

This self-contained cottage is located on a converted farm near the owners' house. The ground floor comprises a living room, a separate kitchen, one double bedroom (two 90cm beds), one double bedroom (two 90cm beds), one double bedroom (one 140cm bed), one double bedroom (one 160cm bed), a bathroom, a shower room, and two separate toilets. Upstairs, above the living room, is a games room with a multi-purpose games table (table football, table tennis, billiards, and shuffleboard) and a reading area. There is a private, enclosed terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The property sits on 500m² of land. A private, semi-inground above-ground swimming pool (3m x 6m, uniform depth of 1.20m) is available from mid-June to mid-September. The cottage is heated solely by a centralized pellet stove which needs to be regularly filled and emptied by the owner (arrangements to be made on site during your stay).
