Looking for the perfect holiday home for your family or group of friends? Unpack your bags at Gîte du Bois Gentil, ideally suited for your holidays or weekends: the property is divided into three houses, each with sleeping areas where each family can have their own space, a very large and welcoming living room where you can enjoy good times together, and a comfortable lounge. The property boasts numerous private amenities: a games room with a pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, an indoor swimming pool usable year-round (4m x 8m, 1.50m deep, maximum temperature of 28°C; in winter, if the outside temperature is 0°C, the water will be 20°C), and a 5-person spa. The gîte is ideally located for exploring all the must-see sites of the Bessin region: the D-Day landing beaches and Bayeux are just 15 minutes away. The owners are committed to respecting the property and its surroundings; therefore, noisy events are not permitted. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
The property comprises three houses with a maximum total capacity of 15 people. The main house has a dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a living room, and a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is the Montgomery bedroom for two people (one 160cm bed) and the Bradley bedroom for three people (three 80cm beds, two of which can be joined to make a 160cm bed). The second, single-story house includes the Juno bedroom for two people (one 160cm bed), the Sword bedroom for two people (one 160cm bed), and a shower room with WC. The third, single-story house includes the Utah bedroom for two people (one 160cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and WC, the Omaha bedroom for two people (one 160cm bed), the Gold bedroom for two people (two 80cm beds that can be joined to make a 160cm bed), a shower room, and a separate WC. Private grounds of 2000 m² with picnic tables and deck chairs.
