Facing the ancient 13th-century Troarn Abbey and its magnificent Gothic arches, this cottage welcomes you for a stay as a couple or with your family. You'll appreciate the spacious living area, exposed stone walls, and tasteful décor. For your comfort, the bedding is of high quality. The veranda and terrace offer a splendid view of the garden and the abbey's romantic façade. You'll be just 15 minutes from the large beaches of Cabourg and Merville. The location is also very convenient for reaching all the shops in the village of Troarn, just 300 meters away, and easily accessible from the A13 motorway, 2 km away. Explore the Dives marshes on foot or by bike (and the many cycle paths), the Dunéo aquatic center 10 minutes away, or the prestigious resort of Deauville, 30 minutes away.
Detached house on the property. The interior is arranged on one level, with a few steps: living room with equipped kitchen and veranda, one step to the lounge and two adjoining bedrooms (one bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed and one bedroom with two 90cm single beds), five steps to the shower room and separate toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a shared garden. Electric vehicle charging point available (extra charge). Two adult-sized bicycles are provided. Public park with a pétanque court nearby.
