A very comfortable and warm large-capacity interior wooden gîte with games room and pétanque court
Entirely built and furnished by the owners, Gîte du Verger is the ideal holiday home for your countryside getaways with friends or extended family. The very spacious and bright living area includes two dining spaces and a comfortable lounge. The warmth and pervasive scent of wood contribute to the cozy atmosphere of this fun and family-friendly cottage. For children and adults alike, the fully equipped games room and pétanque court are available for moments of fun and laughter. For hiking enthusiasts, the village of Montchauvet offers 35 km of rolling trails to explore on foot, horseback, or by mountain bike. Located 10 minutes away, the Viaduc de la Souleuvre is a must-see in the region (zip line, barefoot garden, bungee jumping). The D-Day landing beaches, including Arromanches, are an hour away. Donkey trekking at "Pas d'Anes" is 5 minutes away.
This self-contained cottage is located 200 meters from the owners' house and has a private entrance. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two dining areas and a lounge area (two corner sofas), a double bedroom with a desk area (one 140cm bed), a shower room, a separate WC, a games room (pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts), and a laundry room. The first floor includes a dormitory-style bedroom for seven people (six 90cm bunk beds and one 90cm bed), a double bedroom with a desk area (one 140cm bed), a second double bedroom with a desk area (one 140cm bed), a shower room, and a separate WC. The private 700m² grounds include two covered dining areas, a pétanque court, and a small lawn. A built-in barbecue, sun loungers, and two raclette and fondue sets are also provided. Bluetooth speaker. Basketball hoop.
