Located in a remarkable environment and in connection with nature, the Gîte de l'Echappée Verte guarantees you a quality family stay in peace and in the heart of the hilly landscapes of the Pays d'Auge. Very spacious, modern and well equipped, this cottage is ideal for a stay with family or friends in the countryside but only 25 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Trouville sur mer, Villerville, Deauville). Children have games available and you can explore the charming little country roads on bicycles. And for gourmets, go to the markets of Cormeilles and Pont L'Evêque to discover good Norman products!
This detached house is located on a large plot of one hectare. It includes on the ground floor a living room (with sofas, armchairs, pouf and stove) with dining area which opens onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, a veranda, a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm), a bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor has a bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), a large bedroom for 2 people with balcony (1 bed 160cm), a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm) communicating with a bedroom for 1 person (1 bed 90cm), a bathroom (bathtub, double sink and toilet). The cottage has private land and a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Baby equipment. Bicycles on request (2 adult bikes and 4 children's bikes). Swing and ping-pong table.

superbe gîte
Gîte bien équipé et adapté pour une réunion familiale avec enfants et petits enfants. Cadre magnifique. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires.
