A 100% family cottage surrounded by a pleasant garden 5 minutes from Bayeux and 15 minutes from the beaches
Located just outside Bayeux, this cottage is perfectly equipped for your family holidays. Designed with families in mind, children can enjoy a variety of board games, outdoor games, and a dedicated play area in the basement. The leafy, flower-filled garden offers a pleasant setting for relaxing and enjoying convivial evenings on the terrace. At the far end of the garden, the chickens and Franklin the rabbit will keep you company! The veranda opens onto a sheltered terrace, and for winter evenings, enjoy the comfortable living room by the fireplace. The cottage is located 5 minutes from the historic center of Bayeux and 15 minutes from the coast: Arromanches, Asnelles with its unspoiled beaches, and Port-en-Bessin with its charming fishing port.
This detached house is surrounded by a private garden of 1500m². The raised ground floor (accessed by 10 steps) comprises a fitted kitchen, a living room with dining and lounge areas (sofa, armchair, and fireplace insert), a second lounge area with a sofa, a triple bedroom (one double bed 140cm and one single bed 90cm), a double bedroom (two single beds 90cm), a double bedroom (one queen-size bed 160cm), a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), a separate WC, and a veranda. There is also a study or playroom. The basement (accessible from the outside) includes a playroom, a summer kitchen, and a small shower room (shower and sink). The enclosed garden offers play areas (swing set, small outdoor games), two terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and sun loungers. A raclette grill is also provided.

J'ai été un peu déçue : La deuxième salle d'eau annoncée n'est accessible qu'en passant par l'extérieur, la terrasse est un courant d'air permanent, la véranda un four . Par ailleurs, nous n'avons pas ... Read more
Vous êtes notre première vacancière déçue depuis 4ans ; nous le regrettons sincèrement. Le descriptif du gite correspond à 100% à l'énoncé ! D'ailleurs nous avons reçu le trophée clients 2025. Nous ne sommes pas responsable de la canicule avec véranda trop chaude ,vent sur la terrasse... Si nous sommes passés un jour fin de matinée; c'était pour l'arrosage du jardin et également pour vous réexpliquer le fonctionnement des clés des portes et des télécommandes.. Cordialement
