This former farmhouse in the Bessin region has been carefully renovated to offer you a modern and comfortable holiday cottage. You'll appreciate the triple bay window that floods the living room and kitchen area with light. The stylish décor, created by Karine, blends vintage pieces with modern prints on the theme of Normandy and its famous spotted cows. The "Pré du Pont" cottages are located in the charming village of Amblie, bisected by a river lined with mills, which you can follow for a lovely walk. You'll be almost equidistant from the sea, Caen, and Bayeux. A peaceful holiday destination with plenty of sightseeing opportunities!
This cottage is attached to cottage no. 3406 and close to the owners' house. It features a private garden and terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The ground floor comprises a large living area with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa (a sofa bed is available upon request), and a toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm bed, one with a 160x200cm bed, and one with two 90x190cm beds) and a shower room with a toilet. A shared laundry room is available. There is a secure shelter for bicycles or motorcycles. On-site games include a ping-pong table, darts, and molkky. Both cottages can be rented together to accommodate up to 10 people.
