This cozy cottage is in the heart of the Suisse Normande region, a haven for hiking, kayaking, climbing, and paragliding. The living room opens onto a lovely landscaped garden with a pond. There are areas for relaxation, a swing, and a ping-pong table. It's close to Clécy, the Roche d'Oëtre, and the Rabodange dam. Ouistreham beach is 45 minutes away. The Vélofrancette cycle route passes right by the cottage; its route runs from Ouistreham to La Rochelle.
Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's residence. Ground floor: living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge area with sofa and fireplace, shower room, WC. Attic floor: small mezzanine with sleeping space for 2 people (2 single beds 90cm), 1 small bedroom with sleeping space for 2 people (1 double bed 140cm). Garden with pond, terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers. GR 36 Tour de la Suisse Normande hiking trail on site.

La maison du bonheur. Entre les parties de ping pong en famille, les apéros en soirée et l’accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, tout était parfait.
