You will be 15 minutes from Clécy and the Orne Valley, 20 minutes from the Souleuvre Viaduct, and 1 hour from the D-Day landing beaches.

The cottage is detached and situated on a private 600m² plot. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom (one double bed and one cot), a shower room, a separate WC, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom (one queen bed), one twin bedroom (two single beds), and a separate WC. The enclosed garden includes garden furniture, six sun loungers, a barbecue, and a parasol. There is also a barn for storing bicycles.
