Discover the comfort of a timber-framed house with a contemporary and comfortable interior, and whose living room opens onto a private south-facing terrace. Here, everything is within walking or cycling distance: the beach is 200 meters away, water sports, horseback riding, hiking, restaurants, and shops. And for gourmets, head to Courseulles-sur-Mer and its fish and seafood market.
The cottage is located on a property with five other cottages (ref. 3493, 2680, 3125, 3139, and 3492) and shares a wall with other accommodations. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a fitted kitchen and lounge area (sofa), and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom (one 160x190cm bed), a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds), and a WC. A terrace with garden furniture and a small lawn complete the property.
