Perfectly renovated single-story stone house
Ideal for your family holiday between the sea and the countryside, the Vilsin gîte, certified for accessibility for people with disabilities, combines the charm of a renovated barn with the comfort of single-level living. In the living room, enjoy the fireplace and large French doors opening onto the garden. A south-facing terrace with comfortable sun loungers awaits you, while children can enjoy the available play equipment (swing set, early learning toys).
The gîte is located 15 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches and Bayeux. All shops and services are available in Molay-Littry, 5 minutes away.
Detached, single-story house, adjoining an unoccupied building. Living room with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, and lounge area (sofa, armchair). Two bedrooms: one double bedroom (one 140cm bed) and one twin bedroom (two 90cm beds) in which a hospital bed can be installed. Installation to be arranged by the client through a specialist team. Large bathroom with toilet, grab bar, and shower seat. Garden with terrace, garden furniture, and swing set. Cleaning fee applies if a pet is present.
