The interior is carefully decorated, comfortable with linen provided and well equipped for cooking. The beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate are less than 30 minutes away and you will find all the shops and services 10 minutes away. Don't miss the listed village of Beuvron-en-Auge, a real Normandy postcard with its half-timbered houses. This gite is located in an independent house on the property. The ground floor consists of a dining room with TV, a kitchen, a small bathroom and a separate toilet. The attic floor includes a lounge area with TV, a landing bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds (2 beds 90x190cm). Air conditioners in the bedrooms. Private terrace in front of the gîte. Common courtyard for parking, closed by an electric gate. Next to the gîte, free access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. to an enclosed area with deckchairs and an above-ground swimming pool heated from the beginning of June to mid-September (octagonal 6.5x4.5m, depth 1.4m). Enclosed garden with many children's games (swing, hut, slide, ping-pong table...). Bowling green. Loan of bicycles. Possibilities of pony or horse-drawn carriage rides at an additional cost and on prior request from the owner. Internet in wifi (fiber). Baby equipment provided.
