This beautiful traditional stone-built house of the Suisse Normande region was tastefully restored to offer a comfortable stay. You will enjoy the spacious rooms, the comfort of the bedding and the large shower rooms. Outside, two large terraces will welcome you for a rest. The situation will allow you to discover the landscapes and nature activities of the Suisse Normande and to visit Caen and its region at 30m drive. During your stay, an access to the sauna and the massages (with added fees) will complete your relaxation.
Independent house near the owners' house which includes 2 guest rooms. Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen and sofa, 1 bedroom (one double bed: 160x200 cm), shower room with WC. Upstairs: landing with TV and sofa bed (a 90x190 cm bed for an additional person on request), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed: 160x200 and 2 single beds: 90x190). Bathroom. WC. Gas central heating. Two terraces (east side and west side). Private enclosed garden with parking for 2 cars. Outdoor swimming pool (7mx3.5m accessible and heated from May to the end of September except exceptional closure from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 August 2022 inclusive) to be shared with the guest rooms. Adjoining the gîte: wellness area with sauna and massage room (additional charge: sauna € 10 / person or € 15 / couple, hot stone or energizing massage € 40 per session). Easy access for a person with reduced mobility (details to be discussed with the owners).
