On one level, the living room opens onto a small private terrace. Here, everything is done on foot or by bike: shops, restaurants, cinema, coastal walks and nautical and seaside activities. By car, you can easily reach the landing sites, Caen or Bayeux. And for nature lovers, discover the Pointe du Siege site and the Baie de Sallenelles bird sanctuary.
This independent single-storey gîte is located near the owners' house. It includes a living room with sleeping area (a 140cm bed), a kitchen area with a small removable dining table and a BZ sofa, a bathroom with WC. Fiber TV with 140 channels available. Small private terrace and garden (21 m²) with table and chairs located on the 400m² property. Free street parking (on the sidewalk in front of the owners' house between the two trees). Presence of a surveillance camera at the entrance to the property and towards the exterior walls.
