Near Vire, a beautiful house with garden for a quiet holiday
For a stay in the beautiful Normandy countryside, discover the Erablière and its green environment. The spacious house opens onto a large wooded garden which invites you to take a walk. You will appreciate the interior volumes, the evenings by the fire and the veranda with the table football. You will be located a few minutes from Vire which offers all the shops and services, an aquatic center for swimming in all seasons, a cinema, etc. You will be 15 minutes from the forest of St Sever for beautiful hikes, 15 minutes from Lac de la Dathée with golf and leisure center and 1 hour from Granville and its beaches. On site, possibility of accessing the river "La Brévogne" for fishing (with fishing license).
Detached house on a large open ground and near the owner's house. The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with lounge and fireplace with insert, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a toilet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (1 160x200cm bed and 4 80x200cm beds that can be combined into a 160x200cm bed) and a shower room with wc. 2 folding beds can be added on request. There is also a large veranda with table football and a garage to house bicycles or other leisure equipment. The owner offers a loan from his collection of books and comics. Coverage of 4G networks. TV installation and Internet connection in progress (expected mid March 2022). Garden with garden furniture, benches, barbecue. Lawn being finished in front of the gite (spring 2022).
