Located 5 minutes from the beaches of Deauville and Trouville sur mer, this very comfortable and carefully decorated gite opens onto a vast garden with trees where it is good to rest. You can walk to the fishing port of Trouville in 30 minutes, passing the charming town of Touques. On the countryside side, beautiful little roads take you from village to village (Beaumont en Auge is worth the detour!) to discover the Augeron heritage. And for gourmets, go to the Pont L'Evêque market on Monday morning to discover good Norman products!
This gite is located on the lower floor of the owners' house. It is reached by 6 steps. The cottage includes a living room-lounge (sofa bed: possibility of 2 additional beds) which opens onto the fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 160cm bed), a shower room and a separate WC. You will have access to the owners' large garden and a private terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, gas barbecue, deck chairs and parasol. Private and closed parking in the property. Prices including charges, sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included.
