You will discover the charms of Normandy with this high standard. It is a former disteller house converted in a gite with traditional material and offering a modern and tasteful decoration. You will appreciate the comfort of the large living room, the private shower rooms and the wide beds. The property is situated in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region and at 30mn from the beaches of the Cote Fleurie (Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur). Children will enjoy to meet the animals on the spot (goats, cows, horses, etc.). High standard prestations, charges and linen included.
Independent house on a large estate including another gite (number 2323). Ground floor : entrance with cupboard, toilet, kitchen, living room with fireplace, sofas and armchair. Attic upstairs : landing with 1 single bed, independent toilet, 1 bdrm (1 180x200 cm bed) with open shower room, 1 bdrm (1 180x200cm bed) with open bathroom. TV. DVD player and HiFi in the lounge, TV in each bedroom. Electric heating. Dish washer. Washing machine. Tumble dryer in an annex building. Wifi. Garden with terrace and garden furniture. Access to the park with a secured pond. Compulsory final cleaning 40€ (to be paid on the spot). Bikes for adults and children on hire on request. Bathrobes are supplied. Bed linen and bath towels are changed every week. Outdoor heating on the terrace.
