The cottage is located on a large property including several buildings under renovation and another gite for 2 people (ref 3460). The independent gîte is laid out on one level. It includes an independent kitchen, a living room with dining area, lounge area (2 armchairs) and sleeping area for 2 people (160cm bed, high quality bedding), a shower room and WC. Private unfenced garden of 500m² on a 6.5 hectare park. Garden furniture, deck chairs, electric plancha. Wood-fired Nordic spa (private to the gîte, €50 for 2 days and €10 per additional night, to be paid on site to the owner), usable all year round. Parking in the property.
