Discover this charming cottage for your peaceful stay in the Pays d'Auge. It benefits from a green environment in a beautiful wooded and flowery property crossed by a stream. You will also appreciate the terrace sheltered from the winds to enjoy the sun near the swimming pool. A 2nd relaxation area with sofa and garden armchairs under an arbor is at your disposal, with a view of the orchard. The interior is warm and comfortable with excellent large bedding, linen provided with bed made for your arrival. All shops and services are in Lisieux 10 minutes away. You will reach the beaches of Deauville and Trouville in 45 minutes. You will also have the opportunity to hike from the gîte or visit the superb castle of St Germain de Livet 10 minutes away.
This gîte is located in an outbuilding of the owners' home. This is a large studio for 2 people with level access and a few internal steps that separate the spaces. The studio consists of a kitchen area, a living area with sofa and dining room, a sleeping area with a 160x200cm double bed and a bathroom area with sink, shower and separate toilet. From the studio or from outside, you can access the covered and heated swimming pool. It measures 9mx5m and has a depth of 1.20m to 1.80m.
The swimming pool is open from the first weekend of June until the last weekend of September inclusive. The cottage is located in a large shared garden with stream, orchard, terrace with deckchairs. The land is enclosed by an electric gate. WIFI Internet connection. Breakfast basket extra on request from the owner. Access to owners' washer and dryer upon request.
