With easy access by the A84, you will easily reach the major tourist sites of Normandy: Bayeux and Caen are 30 minutes away, the Landing beaches and Mont Saint Michel 1 hour away. You will also discover a verdant natural region, ideal for hiking. As for the children, they will be delighted to go to the Jurques zoo 15 minutes away.
House adjoining the owners' home with private and enclosed land (outdoor fittings in progress, the terrace will be ready in April 2023). The ground floor includes a living room with open kitchen, a lounge area with sofa, a laundry room, a toilet with washbasin, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), cupboards and a shower room. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190cm and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190cm), a bathroom (with double sink, shower and bathtub) and a toilet with washbasin. Outdoor socket available on request for charging an electric vehicle (surcharge). Enclosed parking for several vehicles. Courtyard and enclosed lawn area. Equipment available from April 2023: terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
