Description

For an atypical stay a few meters from the sandy beach, choose the Villa Victoire, a pleasant restored holiday home in the old Langrune Tourist Office whose half-timbered facade is charming and original. The comfortable lounge with its picture windows offers a magnificent view of the beach and the sea. Here, everything is done on foot: restaurants, shops, sailing school, shore fishing, seaside activities. The cycle path passes right in front of the gîte: it takes you to Ouistram or Courseulles sur mer.

Cottage on one level, adjoining another accommodation. Living room with sofa (possibility of 1 additional bed), armchairs and dining area, fitted kitchen, shower room with WC. 2 bedrooms for 2 people in a row: 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 x 80cm beds), and 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 x 140cm bed). TV. Internet. Dishwasher. Washing machine, dryer and 2nd extra fridge in a room adjoining the gîte (access from the outside). Beach games and beach chairs. Free parking on the street. Bicycle storage on site.
