This detached house is located near the owners' house. It includes on the ground floor a fitted kitchen with dining area, a living room with convertible sofa (high quality bedding, possibility of 2 additional beds), a shower room and separate WC, a covered wellness area with private spa . The bedroom is on the mezzanine with access by a spiral staircase (1 bed 160cm, attic space with a height of 1.80m maximum). Land and private terrace not overlooked with garden furniture and deck chairs. Secure parking on the property. Cottage not recommended for young children.
