An adorable house surrounded by horses
Within a family stud farm, this authentic house offers a peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. Its interior decoration is imbued with its environment: paintings and objects representing horses and other farm animals. Outside, you will enjoy a green and calm environment, the proximity of the horses and the pond with its giant carp and koi. You will be in a region rich in stud farms, between Caen and Lisieux and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Cabourg...). Many local specialties will also be on offer: Norman cheeses and apple products. In this very special time, Nathalie can offer you traditional or exotic prepared meals delivered to the cottage! as well as floral art coaching carried out outside if the weather permits!

The house is laid out entirely on one level with a living room (dining room, lounge area with sofa and fireplace with insert, TV and canalsat), a kitchen, a hallway leading to toilets, a shower room and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 100x200cm). Garden furniture, picnic table, barbecue, deckchairs. Property of 2.5 hectares including meadows for horses and a large unsecured pond (not recommended with young children). Outdoor games (boules, molki, darts). Animals accepted on request.
