Spacious, bright and comfortable, this apartment with a private garden will be an ideal base for discovering the department of Calvados, rich in leisure and places to visit: heritage, museums, hiking, local and traditional festivals, seaside tourism or memory or nautical activities, the themes of your stay will be very varied!
Located on the first floor of the owners' house, the apartment has a separate entrance (on the ground floor). A landing with office space, a living room with armchairs and sofa, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom for 2 people (1 160cm bed), a bathroom and separate WC. Bluetooth speakers available. You will have access to a private garden area located in front of the entrance to the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment available: stair gate, bed and high chair, small bathtub. Loan of rackets for tennis court 200 meters away. Washing machine and dryer to share with the owners (on request).
