A 100% family cottage in the heart of Suisse-Normande with ping-pong and pleasure garden

This cozy cottage is in the heart of Swiss Normandy, a great place for hiking, kayaking, climbing or flat delta. The living room opens onto a beautiful garden with a pond. Spaces are arranged for the rest, the swing, the ping-pong table. Close to Clécy, Roche d'Oëtre, Rabodange dam. Ouistreham beach is 45 minutes away. The velofrancette passes in front of the lodging whose route leaves from Ouistreham until La Rochelle.

House adjoining the owner's home. Ground floor: living room, open kitchen, lounge area with sofa, fireplace, shower room, WC. Attic floor: small mezzanine with sleeping 2 people (2 beds 90cm), 1 small room 2 people (1 bed 140cm). Central heating. Washing machine. Dishwasher. TV. Enclosed garden with pool, terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers. Wifi Internet.
