A bright apartment with shared swimming pool close to the beach

This is a bright flat situated at 300m from the wide beach of Merville Franceville. This roomy and carefully restored flat is convenient and set in a quiet residence with swimming-pool. Merville-Franceville is situated on the Cote Fleurie, near Cabourg and at less than 30km from Caen. It is also close to the Pays D'Auge, a traditional rural region worth visiting. 10% discount on the 2nd week if gite is booked 2 consecutive weeks.

Flat set in a residence, on the 2nd floor with lift and private underground parking lot. Common yard with lawn areas and swimming-pool (privvate to the residence and common with the flats) heated and enclosed 8x4m (open July and August). Single-storey level flat with balcony. 1 bdrm sleeping 2 (1 160x200cm double bed) and 1 bdrm sleeping 2 (2 90x200cm single beds), living room with all equipped kitchen (washing machine, dish washer), lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV. Lunch area with table and chairs. Balcony with chairs.

Appartement moderne et central

Un bel appartement confortable, bien équipé et calme en plein centre de Merville. Les commerces sont à deux pas et la mer à 150 m. Je recommande.

I would recommend this rental to a friend.
