This cottage is adjoining a house occupied all year round, located in the village of Ver sur Mer and opposite the owner's house. It includes on the ground floor a living room with lounge area (sofa, armchairs and fireplace insert), dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, a separate toilet. The 1st floor includes a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cmx200cm), a small bedroom for 2 people (2 bunk beds), 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and double sink. The 2nd floor has an attic bedroom for 2 people (2 90cm beds which can be changed into 1 180cm bed). Detached private garden (located 30 meters from the gîte) with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Possibility to park a car on the property and free parking nearby.
